Praised by Exclaim Magazine as one of Canada’s top 5 emerging artists in February 2026, Meteor Heist is an Indie-Rock band based in Toronto. The band formed in 2022 and has since become a staple of the Ontario music scene. Their music has been described as “something out of the glory days of 90s Canadian alt rock.“ 

 

Recent performances include two shows opening for Stars on their “Christmas Anyway” tour at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga and The Danforth Music Hall in Toronto in December 2025, as well as a sold-out release show at The Horseshoe Tavern in January 2026.

 

Their new EP “Meteor Heist II”, produced by Grammy-nominated producer Olle Romo, was released on January 23rd, 2026.
